Red player colorA noble merchant’s daughter who survived a pirate attack and vowed revenge.
Born to a noble merchant family, Cloudia had everything at her beck and call—until a voyage aboard her family’s trade vessel changed it all. Pirates swarmed the ship, killed her parents before her eyes, and threw her overboard. She washed ashore in a port town, barely alive. Years later, she swore to eradicate pirates and rule the sea. Every pirate on the water would feel her scorn.

Uric, once Jarl of a people slain by European nations, took his remaining Drengur and his ship to defeat the savages who took his home. His crew is young, but they are fierce-hearted warriors to the end. Uric and his men sail the seas, ransacking all in their path, and will claim victory only when everyone who calls themselves a pirate of European descent has been defeated.

Azmira was once an ordinary sailor whose ship was obliterated by the Great Blue Monarch, a colossal beast that slaughtered every soul aboard but inexplicably spared her life. Washed ashore as the sole survivor, her astonished kin proclaimed her a goddess chosen by the sea, a title Azmira embraced without question. Now worshipped by her devoted followers, she is consumed by pride and jealousy, believing every treasure is an offering owed to her and every celebrated pirate an insult to her divinity. Azmira sails the Midnight Isles determined to claim every fortune and ensure that only one name remains worthy of worship: her own.

Swallow · Midnight only
Roll an attack die. Huge winds sweep the player into the beast’s mouth. The player has two turns to roll a critical hit and escape, or faces immediate death. Normal hits have no effect. A critical hit spits the player back onto the tile and deals damage to the beast.
